Nova Scotia Diving on the Eastern Shore & Cape Breton

There are many excellent diving locations along Chedabucto Bay on Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore and Cape Breton Island with old ship wrecks, lost treasure from sailing ships and scallop beds.

A scenic 20 minute drive from Osprey Shores Resort along the Canso Strait will take you to the Causeway Diver Supply in Auld’s Cove at the entrance to Cape Breton Island.  Causeway Diver Supply is a year round, full-service dive shop run by Tom & Julia Jewers with scuba equipment sales and service, dive tours and classes. Tom is PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and offers PADI specialty dive courses for people vacationing on the Eastern Shore.  Julia is also PADI Divemaster and runs the dive shop.
